You Deserve A Healthy Relationship

Your Guide to Fantastically Wonderful, Healthy Relationships was the third talk in my four-part Sex Talks series. The previous two, Get Laid: Adult Sex Ed! and Sex in the USA, covered sex politics and sex techniques, respectively.

In business and pleasure, relationships make the world go around. Below is a photo of me with Potzalia owner Sandra Ruiz. Because Mexico is so much closer to the U.S. than Europe, it can be difficult to find really good Mexican food here. Potzalia is my favorite. Super authentic. Super delicious. As a bonus, I get to support a fellow woman-owned business! I go there often, and I encourage others to do so as well.

Generally speaking, as much as possible, I bring the same mindfulness, purpose, and attention to work relationships as I do to my personal, intimate ones.

Everyone is special. One-size-fits-all relationships don’t exist. So, what’s important to you in a relationship — any relationship?

What do you need from your family compared to your friends, lovers, business associates, coworkers, and others? That was the topic of Your Guide to Fantastically Wonderful, Healthy Relationships. I started by getting people on the same page about interpersonal relationships in general.

Here’s how it went.
